- The membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared
- In case of delays of more than 25 minutes, we cannot guarantee the booking and time and the therapy may be reduced to that extent in case of any delays.
- Request for particular therapist is not guaranteed as all therapists are assigned based on their availability.
- The memberships cannot be cancelled.
- The duration of the massages are specific to the membership chosen (60mins. or 90 mins. as applicable).
